I specialize in helping people and products reach their potential for outsized impact by— ➜ navigating ambiguity to discover durable opportunities ➜ aligning stakeholders to unlock creative superpowers, develop shared visions, and interconnected strategies that multiply success ➜ growing, coaching, and leading multidisciplinary teams across all stages of the product innovation process ➜ rapidly experimenting to maximize value at scale and speed while reducing risks As the Head of Design and Research at Qventus, I guide and shape how clinics and hospitals use empathy, AI, and systems to proactively increase care capacity, deliver better health outcomes for patients, and joy for clinicians at scale. Previously at Sprinter Health, I broke down barriers to healthcare by delivering exceptional hands-on care in the comfort of patients' homes at no additional cost to the patient and equipping physicians with data to improve their patients' health outcomes.
