• Created a cross platform (Android & iOS) mobile application called “Zap – Instant Connections,” which provides a fast and easy way to organize events; the App’s main target demographic are college students
• Worked with a team of 4 college students; researched and divided tasks based on different skills; discussed ideas and business plans including utilization of AdMob and promotion models
• My tasks consisted of implementing a majority of the user interface for the android platform, which included managing multiply android activities, generating custom list adapters, creating different xml layouts, and utilizing android’s action bar
• Implementation required understanding of Android SDK and basic knowledge of MySQL database
• Designed app icon, and modified background layout and color for more appealing user experience
