Reported directly to the founders, working in close partnership with the CTO, marketing, and brand leadership to define product vision and deliver new, insight-driven experiences for a passionate user base. Directed the design of new AI-driven features, integrating wearable data to personalize health outcomes. Established design and research practices that informed major business and product decisions during a critical period of organizational change.
