As a Product Solutions Engineer, I collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. My role focuses on optimizing support processes, developing technical solutions, and identifying the root causes of issues across Kargo Commerce, social publishers, and user interactions. I serve as the vital link between our technical and customer-facing teams, breaking down silos to support our customers in executing innovative advertising programs.
I am responsible for bringing Kargo’s technology to life by pushing the limits of existing features, ideating new solutions, and testing prototypes that have the potential to become official products. Every day, I strive to enhance the effectiveness of our technology and contribute to the success of our clients' advertising initiatives.
