• Design strategist in building and launching the ServiceNow CRM platform — integrating sales and service into a single platform.
• Collectively built a strong team design culture — modeling design best practices to enable the design team to drive impact within their respective product teams.

• Successfully launched and landed Cloud Workstations, a cloud-based IDE for remote development with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, Rider, and CLion through JetBrains Gateway, as well as Posit Workbench (with RStudio Pro).
• Measurably increased Google Cloud product adoption with iterative designs to Cloud Interactive Tutorials, a framework for product onboarding.
• Data-informed design approach with experimentation to improve effectiveness in user onboarding.
• Systems approach towards managing Figma library for Cloud Shell and Cloud Interactive Tutorials, and contributor to core Google Cloud Platform design system.
