Early-stage AI startup building a cross-platform application spanning mobile and keyboard-based workflows. Working directly with the CEO and founding engineer to define and execute the product from the ground up.
Owning end-to-end design across product, UX, and visual systems, including the initial design system, branding, and MVP used for beta testing with companies and early investor conversations.
Partnering closely on product strategy by shaping core user flows, edge cases, value propositions, and monetization opportunities, and pitching design-led product ideas that influence roadmap and business direction.

Lead the design organization on multiple Social Metaverse UGC products (IMVU, Studio, WithMe, Crypto, Web3, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, QA, and several other teams. Primarily, aligning teams, and working hands on — never losing sight of design craft and best practices.
Led Product Launches: Built out new design style, Unreal Library, and mentored design team through major features to launch WithMe App in 2022, acquiring thousands of users upon launch. Increased user engagement through updated UI/UX across the entire platform.
Redesign and Design System: Executed a design overhaul of IMVU, implementation of Figma variables, and aligning systems with documentation, tokenization system, and component building to support parallel features, creating growth.
Designing around Discoverability: Mentored designers to build a cohesive and future forward way to discover people, places, and products through hashtags and search — by segmenting users to drive engagement and curate content based on preferences and actions.
Monetization: Innovated ways to generate ad revenue through tiered rewarded ads, overhauling our dollar store, and bringing purchasable products over to mobile platforms.
Marketplace: Led design on new experiences and ways to manage shop with more trustworthy transaction flows, seamless fitting room experiences, and better curation of products unique to users to engage and convert more on the UGC shop.
Process: Improved many aspects for design flow and sprints. Incorporated AI for optimizing workflows, discovery, and design concepts with Figma Make, ChatGPT, JIRA and plugins.

Launched META Design System: Led cross- functional teams (product, engineering, design, and research) to develop and launch EA’s first internal design system. Hands on created foundations, principles, crafted components, incorporated new Figma features and API, built out documentation and tokenization. This enabled consistent, customizable, and sustainable product development. Reduced overall implementation time across teams and received strong positive feedback from multiple organizations.
Contributed to front-end development, ensuring the design system’s interactive and visual components aligned with EA’s development and branding standards.
Created and led the first ever Employee Help Portal: Built our own Help Service Portal for all employees to cover areas of support from game development process/tools, HR items, team specific items, and every type of organization in the company.
Partnered with engineers and designers to build a robust, open-source UI Library using React, with a long-term goal of creating a framework-agnostic solution for scalability.
Collaborated with Employee Resource Groups to ensure the design system supported accessibility and inclusivity, resulting in wider adoption across global teams.
Achieved first ever accessibility standards to support our internal teams, international employee base, and user support. Meeting AA and AAA contrast for text and size, additionally supporting further WCAG standards through design for ARIA for employee tools on the web.
