•Led development of Tulip's Online Status Service, reducing cost of online status reporting (a ubiquitous, high-traffic operation) and auditing of uptime for machine users.
•Led or assisted in developing APIs to modernize Tulip's configuration plane, allowing for automated and performant config management, and reducing time spent by the Support team on deployments.
•Led development of the authorization service for Tulip sysadmins. Managed security, compliance, deployment, and integration, and testing concerns coming from internal and external stakeholders. Unblocked an enterprise deal with a security-conscious customer.
•Delivered user management features including customizable user roles and user groups.
•Set standards and conventions for technical documentation. Documented features which the team was responsible for.
