- Led development of Tulip's Online Status Service, reducing cost of online status reporting (a ubiquitous, high-traffic operation) and auditing of uptime for machine users.
- Led or assisted in developing APIs to modernize Tulip's configuration plane, allowing for automated and performant config management, and reducing time spent by the Support team on deployments.
- Led development of the authorization service for Tulip sysadmins. Managed security, compliance, deployment, and integration, and testing concerns coming from internal and external stakeholders. Unblocked an enterprise deal with a security-conscious customer.
- Delivered user management features including customizable user roles and user groups.
- Set standards and conventions for technical documentation. Documented features which the team was responsible for.

- Led development and operations for the runtime configuration vertical.

- Made selling and fulfilling quality glasses easier by overhauling solutions for cataloging, validating and accessing customer and product data. Made it easier to update and use the backends handling these duties by breaking complex features entangled in our software monolith out into microservices.
- Delivered improvements to our retail frontend experience such as a React/Redux retail performance monitoring dashboard for the POS we used in 50+ stores. Added the ability to access our telemedicine solution from our in-store POS.
- Integrated the telemedicine solution and admin+POS backend, adding API endpoints and scheduled tasks so as to automate order processing, transcription, and reporting. Worked  with our ops team to improve the stability of that integration.
- Made it possible to automate balancing of variants in A/B tests running on the customer-facing web frontend.
