Software Engineer in the Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS) department.

Worked as part of the Connectivity and Integration Solutions (CIS) team in the Software Infrastructure department. Was assigned the task to build a PoC component that would serve as the basis of replacing an existent legacy system. As a result of the work on the project, gained experience in Distributed Computing and picked up tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Zookeeper, etc. Participated in the team's daily rituals and experienced Software Engineering practices taught at university first-hand.

Started as a Summer Intern in an Agile team of 6 other students. Developed an Order Management System for the company using the Django Web Development Framework. Was involved in the full stack of the development process. At the end of the internship received a term-time offer to maintain and improve the system.
