The Master of Design (MDes) Alumni Design Fellows are distinguished graduates selected to maintain active engagement with the Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation. The Fellows contribute specialized expertise through leading activities in their domains, participating in design critiques for MDes courses and showcases, engaging in community initiatives, and supporting program excellence through recruitment and admissions activities.

At UC Berkeley's Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation, I co-taught a graduate course where 40+ designers learned to build interactive products from the ground up, using sensors, actuators, single-board computers, cloud and edge AI, voice, vision and digital fabrication. I developed a modular IoT electronics kit for the course and led workshops connecting physical computing with AI integration. All of it grounded in a human-centered design process, from research to working hardware prototypes.

Graduate Student Instructor (TA) for the course DESINV 200: Design Frameworks. This course exposes students to the mindset, skillset and toolset associated with design, and interweaves practical design methods with readings and lectures on the history of design and technology.
