# Gershon Menzer > Software Engineer @ Supportive care Location: Lakewood, New Jersey, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/gershon Hey there! I'm a full-stack software developer currently employed at The Supportive Care where my focus has been on development of a greenfield web-based EMR system built with C#, React, and SQL Server. I have additional proficiency in other languages and technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Azure, and more. I consider myself intellectually curious and a lifelong learner, and I'm constantly seeking new and improved ways to enhance my skills. I enjoy exploring different technologies, languages, and design patterns. And I particularly enjoy torturing myself by taking on challenging projects that I have no idea what I'm supposed to do or how to solve, that require creative problem solving and critical thinking 😂. I'm self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments, with comfort in both collaborative team efforts or working autonomously and independently. If you have any questions or if you're interested in exploring potential collaboration opportunities, please pm me anytime. I'm open to connecting with like-minded professionals and individuals who share a passion for software development and technological advancement. In addition to my experience, I completed the software development program at the School of Evolving Technology (PCS). ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Supportive Care Jan 2023 – Present | Lakewood, New Jersey, United States Supportive Care is a fast growing provider of psychological and behavioral health care services for residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, operating in nearly 20 states across the eastern US. I joined our small software development team focused on building software for internal use. My primary project has been leading greenfield development of an internal web-based EMR system for use by medical practitioners, built using C#, ASP.Net API, SQL Server, Redis, React, Tailwind CSS, and Azure. The system enables medical providers to efficiently manage clients and sessions, and was built to replace a legacy system based on Google AppSheet. In addition to building the system, we have integrated the Fresh Desk API to enable medical providers to effortlessly create tickets for identified issues and include error codes to guide developers in resolution. I also built a React dashboard to visualize tasks, and introduced continuous delivery for our team using GitHub Actions. ## Education ### Computer Software Engineering The School of Evolving Technologies (PCS) ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/gmenzer - GitHub: https://github.com/G19m99 --- Source: https://flows.cv/gershon JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/gershon/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-13
