Create and update internal and external documentation, including troubleshooting steps, workarounds, and best practices

Become a product expert for customers and stay up to date on new Rollbar features

Create Python scripts to assist with enterprise account management

Release code changes to address bugs for internal and customer facing products

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

Track issues and requests as well as document resolutions
