- Shift supervisor advising a team of 7 aircraft mechanics during scheduled maintenance evolutions. Developed and mentored this team to expand on their skills while improving efficiency.
- Directed the successful completion of 728 Day Special Inspection on 6 EA-18G Aircraft completing the job in a punctual and precise manner providing mission readiness for VAQ-141 aircraft.
- In charge of troubleshooting and solving a major recurring problem in one of the aircraft's Environmental Control systems saving upwards of 300k in possible parts and repairs.
