• Leading the entire Product organisation (Product Management, Design, UXR, Data Analytics and Data Science, currently around 30 people and growing!) as we work towards our goal to simplify finance for all our customers within our consumer, business and employer verticals.

• Member of the Executive Team, actively driving and contributing to the evolution of our business strategy, organisation design, people & performance management, and overall company culture.

• Day to day focus on talent acquisition and growth, execution enablement, and hands on product input as we strive to deliver our ambitious roadmaps to both enhance our existing offering and enter new verticals to increase the value our products deliver to our customers.

• Leading the Growth, Core UX Experience, Personalization and Monetization product organizations towards our mission to become the essential app for families.

• Direct responsibilities and metric accountabilities for multiple product areas including acquisition, registration, activation, monetization, upgrades, personalization, in-app messaging, and core home experience.

• Directly reporting to the CPO, and actively involved in defining long term product and business strategy as well as in shaping the way our product organization operates at scale.

• Member of the leadership team with direct exposure and accountability for metrics and P&L with entire C-Team.

• Established new company-wide operating cadences, product launch processes and XFN collaboration best practices.

• Leading a PM team and a cross-functional group responsible for the Uber app Home Screen experience and Discovery experiences across the entire app.

• Furthering the Uber vision and app experience from "Tap a Button, Get a Ride" to "Go Everywhere, Get Anything".

• Providing the best possible experience to all Consumers, tailoring the look and content of our app to their habits, needs and context, through ML and personalized ranking.

• Launched multiple large product improvements at global scale with experimentally proven impact upwards of $1bn in Revenue.

• Enabling and supporting the launch and growth of new business verticals, through in-app discovery, trial and adoption, from 0 to $ billions in revenue.

• Mentoring first time Product Mangers through our APM program, and introducing new PMs to the Uber product culture as Committee Chair of the Uber wide PM Bootcamp.

• Promoted to role above with similar team management and product scope responsibilities.
