• Analyze the customer issues reported in detail and root cause the problem by performing additional debugging and troubleshooting.

• Provide software technical engineering support, including configuration assistance and troubleshooting of Juniper products and other peripheral systems, networking equipment, servers, and clients for timely resolution of issues in customer environment.

• Worked on troubleshooting lot of L2 through L5 level protocols such as STP, LACP, VRRP, TCP/IP, BGP etc.

• Document and reproduce customer problems, and coordinate fixes by development engineering.

• Provide engineering support, which includes handling escalations for global technical support teams.

Cisco ONEPK API testing with N7k:

• Developed test plan for Cisco's Open Networking Element Kit (ONEPK) API's.

• Wrote test codes to test QoS ONEP API's using python SDK.

• Configured various QoS policymaps and classmaps on cisco nexus 7000 though ONEPK java APIs and tested with traffic using Ixia.

TIE tool development:

• Was part of development of internal tool for QE (storage) known as TIE as Jammer.

• TIE existed as initiator and target emulator. We implemented Jammer functionality on it.

• Built a hack in NXOS to redirect the packets from supervisor to Octeon line card

Platform testing in Cisco MDS switches

• Tested new MDS platform 9706 with FC line card.

• Executed the test cases as part of platform testing.

• Build the topology and configured the FC traffic using JDSU.

Golden automation testing:

• Worked on various MDS switches and storage devices as Test engineer.

• Developed a web tool for golden team for easy management of sanity submission.

• Worked on Sanity and regression scripts in TCL as part of golden testing team.
