I perform freelance UX work in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale area. I offer a wide breadth of services including research, usability studies, wireframing, high fidelity designs.

For the past 6.5 years at Frontline Education, I worked on enterprise tools supporting educators, administrators, and large K–12 organizations—designing for real people doing challenging work.

Completed a user research project for a new feature on the product roadmap. Project goals were to discover user needs and explore a potential design direction. Contributed to the design process from end-to-end:

* Collaborated on research plan and moderator guide.

* Moderated remote user interviews.

* Synthesized study findings into a design direction.

* Sketched potential solutions and presented to product team.

* Created high fidelity mockups in Sketch.

* Presented proposed design solution to design team and stakeholders.

Worked as a UX generalist on small design team to launch a bilingual community survey website. Took on copywriting, interaction design, and moderating content usability sessions in English and Spanish.

Conducted eighteen content usability sessions that included English and Latinx participants recruited from all walks of life, resulting in survey content that was understandable and relatable to most participants.

Improved original survey question experience by researching alternative ways to get input from participants while maintaining the integrity of the data as much as possible. I proposed a new solution and got buy-in from stakeholders.
