Conceived and designed the next generation platform for Crowdstrike

Rearchitected flagship product including information architecture, design system, and security structure. Recruited and led 8 person design team and led product vision across enterprise. Also managed a team of 4 technical writers for the official product documentation.

Engagio focuses on Account Based Marketing (ABM). As Head of Product (Employee #8) I researched, designed and led the product line expansion including Scout, PlayMaker and Dash Attribution products. The product vision, hopefully, will lead to the next generation of marketing software. The product development style I employed puts PM, UX and Eng as peer groups who collaborate on executing the product vision.

I used a variety of software in the process including Trello, GSuite, Pendo, Figma, JIRA and Confluence.
