For a year, I was a nomad under the same manager but traveling from one team to another to provide assistance to achieve milestones, reach early access, and complete various tasks. Wanting to grow more, I switched managers and found a home in the customer experience team where I played a major role in writing unit tests to push the code base test coverage to 80%. During my time on the team, I had also:

● Completed a quarters-long project to offboard users in a workspace from beginning to end by:
          ○ Shadowing the tech-lead architecting the GraphQL schema 
          ○ Using Backbone, CoffeeScript, RESTful API, Pug, and React to offboard users in the legacy dashboard 
          ○ Cross-functionally collaborated with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to single-handedly manage the front-end delivery deadline

● Implemented security measures to entirely eliminate a threat of domain hijacking by patching a loophole in a domain ownership verification workflow and entirely rotating CircleCI secrets after a large-scale breach

● Rebuilt the customer’s legacy dashboard UI to maintain consistency (parity) with the new application which reduced customer frustration of traversing between the two sites

● Identified and removed 75% of existing customer rerouting bugs in the legacy and new dashboard to smooth out page transitions

I took part in a cross-functional team where I aided the team to kick-start the UI for the project. While on the team,  I:

● Created reusable modular components in React, Javascript, HTML, and CSS to be utilized in both the step wizard and the configuration settings

● Partnered with backend engineers to implement GraphQL API to allow customers to automate visual regression testing and automatically detect and apply updates for CMS, theme, and extensions on their sites which saves customers 50 hours a month
