Maintain and enhance .Net applications used to place and track orders for criticl logistics clients around the world.

Working in the Business Concert Systems department, I support and code for a few internal ticketing applications such as employee ticketing, sponsorship ticketing and our “Be Our Guest” (a guest ticketing system) with a total user base of approximately from a few hundred upwards to 10,000, depending on the application. Applications are .Net 4.5 MVC based with a MS SQL back end. I design, code, test, deploy and support enhancements made to the applications in an Agile scrum methodology with a small support team, assisted by one contract developer.

Develop and support asp.net/MVC web sites used for data collection in class action lawsuits. Responsible for the full stack of the site including database creation and set up. The sites range in complexity from simple data collection to complicated, wizard like collection with many fields and validation rules. Delivery is often in a very tight time frame and is on time and on budget and as expected. Average number of sites developed through a year are about 50 (just for myself on a team of four).

Also involved in developing tools and processes used to enhance our services to our internal case managers for rapid site development.

Third party integrator for Insurity (previous employer). As a consultant, code new and modify existing functionality for ClaimsXPress (formerly SIMS) using .Net (C#), SQL, Javascript and other technologies and consult on architectural design of major enhancements and bug fixes under the Agile development process.

Utilizing the Agile development process and Azure Dev Ops, I was integral in coding new enhancements per client specification and modifying existing functionality for ClaimsXPress (formerly SIMS), an insurance claims management software product, using .Net (C#), SQL, Javascript frameworks and other technologies and consult on architectural design of major enhancements and bug fixes. Our deployment and testing was broad based on Azure, AWS as well as client hosted.
