 - I led the design of the MVP for Movistar’s device stock sales and checkout
flow, achieving a +33% increase in sales (2024 vs. 2023) and a complete
sellout of stock.
- I implemented CRO optimization strategies using GA4, Maze, and Hotjar,
making design decisions based on real user behavior data.
- I conducted design audits across the brand’s products, ensuring visual and
identity consistency across all digital platforms.
- I also participated in the integration of a new brand into the design system,
increasing adoption across products and reducing development time by
40%. Additionally, we created React components in WordPress, enabling
content creators and landing page teams to follow the same visual
guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
