# Grace Kwon > Service Design @Spotify Location: New York City Metropolitan Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/gracekwon Hi! Grace here 👋 I’m a systems thinker who doesn’t lose sight of the human story. At Spotify, I design services across music, podcasts, and audiobooks—crafting moments of delight for artists, creators, and authors. Before Spotify, I led human-centered design work for organizations like National Geographic, the Gates Foundation, SAP, and the United Nations by using service design to shape perception, influence behavior, and inform policy. Alongside my practice, I teach Mapping & Visualization at the School of Visual Arts, where I help graduate students make sense of complexity and tell stories that move people. ## Work Experience ### Service Design Lead @ Spotify Jan 2025 – Present | New York, United States Leading service design for projects focused on platform integrity across Spotify’s music, podcast, and audiobook verticals.
