- Automated issue-detection on sensitive HIPAA data - by building an AI agent fleet
- Led and carried a safe integration of LLM solutions into our existing stack (i.e. low hallucination, high accuracy, etc.)
- Built our Eval systems and improved our agent fleet accuracy to 98% (from the low 60s)
- Integrated a large (ERP) system to our product/platform
- Built out CI/CD pipelines
- Revamped our payment flow

### Software Engineer @ Autodesk
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022
Built a Node/Typescript library to enable multipart uploads to AWS S3. Led migration to AngularJS LTS (Long Term Support) which addressed security vulnerabilities and breaking changes from web browsers. The product’s reliability SLOs (service level objectives) remained stable throughout the project.

### Software Engineer | Chief Technology Office @ Vanguard
Jan 2020 – Jan 2021
Automated the build of configurations used to launch new applications, including the setup of CI/CD workflows. This automation consisted of serverless Node.js jobs in AWS Lambdas which orchestrated communication with Atlassian tools, approval systems, and authentication services. The average time to launch new applications was reduced from four weeks to three days.

### Software Engineer | Enterprise Advice @ Vanguard
Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Malvern, Pennsylvania
Restructured a core service into a distributed architecture by separating the server logic into two microservices. This led to a more efficient handling of variations in request types, a reduction of traffic bottleneck, and an improvement on API readability. The redesign powered a new financial robo-advisor service and handled up to five million queries per day.

Built a new multi-factor authentication system to ensure that third-party consultants could securely connect to a segment of the Vanguard ecosystem. As a result, consultants were issued credentials that enabled traceability on actions applied to Vanguard client accounts.

### IT Audit & Risk Management @ Vanguard
Jan 2018 – Jan 2019
Developed user metadata parser scripts to ensure that access to core business servers were granted to appropriate entities. The scripts collected user permission data from Microsoft’s Active Directory and aggregated the results into csv files. The files were later loaded into reader-tools by the company’s Audit team to perform their assessments.
