Architected and implemented an end-to-end solution for noisy neighbor identification and remediation in PayPal’s private cloud, monitoring the health of more than 150,000 virtual machines serving 2,500+ applications.

Built a UI displaying real-time hypervisor behavior using JS, Node.js, jQuery, Handlebars.js.

Designed a caching solution for the cloud provisioning platform for greater resource availability and reliability.
