Lead the UX/UI design for consumer-facing features. This includes doing research with beta users, conducting interviews, working closely with the founders to incorporate feedback, and creating a high fidelity prototype of the final product.

In charge of managing the TimeSave website, digital accounts, and online marketing strategies. This includes making a content creation strategy, creating new social media campaigns and creating a more aesthetic, mobile-friendly website.

Head coordinator of the branding department, where videos and short films are made to create TimeSave's brand narrative.
Designed an onboarding process for potential and current members that takes them from account setup to accelerator participation.

Moderated 27 user interviews and 12 usability testing sessions with Center members, which include startup leaders and banking executives, to assess the current state of the onboarding system and company as a whole, as well as to build personas and journey maps to inform DCU.

Lead research efforts, all client interactions, and weekly meetings that ensured mutual understanding between the Operations, Executive, and Programming teams.
