I design useful, usable digital products.

I'm currently a Product Designer at WhatsApp in London, designing ways to make sharing photos, videos and files simple, reliable, secure and private.

I'm a generalist, working as a full-stack product designer as well as having experience in running user research, product management, data analysis and software engineering (mainly for web).

Prior to WhatsApp, I worked on Messenger and Workplace from Facebook. Before that, I worked for startups in Europe and the US to solve critical business challenges through design.

Working as part of the product and engineering team from Yavi, I produced designs for Flick in its early stages of understanding user needs and defining a prototype to test with users. In the short time we had, we designed and built a testable prototype, created a 4-month vision piece for the product to facilitate discussions and established a strong discovery process.

Working with Flick involved engaging the new team with discovery and design processes and handing over design best practices.

I fulfilled a broad range of design responsibilities while working on multiple new and growing products. 

My design work included user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, visual design, engaging stakeholders and acting on feedback, preparing assets for production and writing acceptance criteria for delivery work. I lead discovery sprints and worked closely with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to solve business and product problems.

Additionally, I contributed outside of my role regularly by participating in roadmap planning,  customer support, and QA testing. I also lead a full-stack web projects independently, after discovering a valuable new product during a hack day.
