Engineer on the Dashboard team. We're responsible for the seller dashboard homepage, the largest and most visible customer facing web application at Square receiving 1,000,000+ page views per day. On this team, I build highly-visible features to support merchants across the ecosystem throughout their entire lifecycle; as well as helping set engineering guidelines with company-wide impact.

At Reflektive, I was a software engineer specializing in frontend development where I built intuitive and performant customer-facing components and modules in React and Redux. I added critical new functionality to product offerings while collaborating with our international teams. Specifically, I helped rebuild our core Survey product, enhancing user flow and ensuring uniform support across all browsers.

At Workday, I was a Software Application Engineer on the Core Staffing team where I engineered client-side modules, diagnosed and resolved time-critical production support bugs, and spearheaded development of automated code generation scripts to streamline codebase company-wide

One of two technology consultants out of 40 total SOURCE consultants and founding member of tech team. In this role I provided front-end development, UI/UX design implementation, and database creation services to our clients.

As a manager at the Roberts Environmental Center, I helped guide the mission of the Center, working with students and faculty to achieve our goals. This was accomplished through new programs, initiatives, and research with Fortune 500 corporations and local businesses alike. Since becoming a manager in my sophomore year, I spearheaded a major managerial and technological reorganization increasing our productivity by more than 50%, introduced new projects such as consulting work with local businesses, and worked toward developing new sponsored internship opportunities for employees.

In my supervisory capacity, I oversaw over 30 employees, hired and trained around eight top recruits each year, and directly managed a team of six outstanding research analysts. Additionally, I researched, wrote, and reviewed biannual reports on the corporate sustainability of over 30 corporations for publication by the Center. This experience has trained me to recognize industry trends and best-practices for our quantitative sector reports.
