Lead product design at Persona, where we built expressive, memory-capable AI agents that guide structured, emotionally intelligent conversations for medical intake, executive and organizational intake, hiring interviews, and role-play training. I defined the multi-modal interaction model and design system, partnering closely with engineering and leadership to prototype and ship core agent capabilities. My work underpins early customer pilots and the foundational frameworks shaping the Persona platform.
