I look for the structure underneath the surface. The patterns, dependencies, and decisions that determine whether something scales cleanly or slowly unravels. I embrace AI as a creative accelerant. AI gets you 90% there. Getting from 90% to 100% is where the real work happens. It takes coordinated iteration across design, product, and engineering to resolve edge cases, align behaviors, refine accessibility, tighten visual hierarchy, and ensure the experience actually delivers on its intent. That is where I operate. Over two decades, I’ve learned that senior design is not about louder opinions. It’s about judgment. Knowing what to simplify, what to systematize, and what to refine until it feels right. Designed new features and optimized the SVB account application, reducing average time to completion from 7 to 3 days and maintain an NPS above 80. Designed new components for and organized my team’s design system. Collaborated with stakeholders on designs to ensure brand consistency, and refine user stories. Created a CMS for the end-to-end prototype to manage current and future copy using Figma variable strings, ensuring alignment across teams.
