Collaborated with Product, Engineering and Content Operations teams to improve recommendation engine and other features and editorial styles to improve user experience. Managed staff of 40+ internal fulltime employees, consisting of 8 direct reports including 4 managers, an overseas staff of 7, and a variable staff of freelancers. Responsible for reorganizing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and staff reviews. Stakeholder and product manager for proprietary Content Management System (CMS). Worked closely with tech/engineering head and leads to manage regular feature additions, updates and bug fixes. Instrumental in the complete ground-up redesign of the CMS and launch. Collaborated with Syndication, Business Development, Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service and Finance leads to ensure editorial content was consistent with company goals and product initiatives while improving the customer experience.
