Part of a full service construction management team playing a major role in strategic growth initiatives for water, wastewater, and water resources. Responsibilities include utilizing exceptional communication, analytical and management skills to perform the following:

• Coordinate various aspects of project delivery and lead the administration of construction projects including planning, design, budget maintenance, scheduling, labor compliance and completing close-out activities

• Schedule, document and track project planning and engineering activities with contractors, field staff and other stakeholders

• Interpret and evaluate architectural and engineering plans and proposals and provide contracting strategies and execution

• Review and respond to RFIs, Change Order Proposals and Change Directives for quality assurance and merit

• Prepare cost estimates and assist in negotiating a fair and reasonable cost for change orders submitted by contractors

• Reviews contractor baseline schedules, including analysis of critical path and recovery schedules

• Perform Constructability Reviews and ensure compliance with District standards, Division of State Architect (DSA) guidelines and building code requirements

• Resolve change order requests and claims

• Lead project close-out activities and acquisition of technical documents, project records, including as-builts, drawings, test records and maintenance of manuals

• Leads efforts in performing tests required to ensure material compliance with plans and specifications

Contribute to Colocation Data Center (ie. Colo) construction and commissioning program initiatives, site qualifications, cost control, design reviews, and onsite project management as the Colo Build Program Manager and collaborate with site planning, engineering, procurement, and construction services teams to drive Colo standards, resiliency, cost, and process improvements.

• Meet with client executive managers and stakeholders to oversee construction of global Data Center portfolio

• Assemble data from various stakeholders (e.g. front-end planning team, construction project managers, project controls team, architects, engineers, sub-contractors) to provide guidance, updates and construction overviews to client managers
