Working for Technical Program Management team on Wearability and Perception Hardware —Eye-Sensing and Depth Sensing.

Responsibilities on the productization side include collaborating with Asian based vendors to work with them to take a component from a specification through mass production with use in product equivalent builds.

Also have experience working with research & development teams to develop risk/benefit analysis for next generation eye tracking systems and depth sensor systems.

Key Experiences are in:

• Asian based vendor management for prototype ramp to mass production

• Developing benefit / risk analysis framework for "perception" class systems - that is sensors that perceive the world & end-users

• Driving geographically diverse teams (USA, Europe, & Asia) towards same goal and aligned to same schedule

• Delivery of complex hardware systems on-time and on-budget

Served as Technical Lead of Wearability and the Systems Integration Lead of the Prescription Lens Insert Program for the Magic Leap One Developer Edition

Wearability is inclusive of the following elements:

Registration-Getting users into a fit to both have optimal display visibility and Eye Tracking Performance

Ergonomics-Assurance of accommodation for all physical facial and head geometries given the provided target demographic

User Experience-Develop a user experience to facilitate a user's ability to get into the proper fit of the Magic Leap One as seamlessly as possible-fit meaning optimal registration and ergonomics of device each specific user

Prescription Lens inserts-Develop a solution for prescription lens users that is compatible with the Magic Leap One's existing registration, ergonomics, and user experience
