• Independently designed and verified two noval waterproof building envelope systems through small-scale testing. These are not only applicable to conventional roofs, walls, and curtain walls but are specifically tailored for BIPV. Their structures organically integrate photovoltaics with buildings, addressing all existing technical challenges in BIPV field.

• The design adopts a mechanically guided drainage structure, which is both simple and ingenious, ensuring reliable waterproof performance. After installation, the entire surface remains flat, frameless, and seamless, making it suitable for both roofs and walls.

• The modular structure not only supports photovoltaic power generation but also meets all architectural requirements, including structural strength, weather resistance, insulation, natural lighting, and spatial experience. Most importantly, it enhances airtightness, improving building energy efficiency.

• The product is easy to install and dismantle, features a straightforward manufacturing process, and costs only one-fifth of Tesla's solutions, while being more affordable than Longi’s LongDing and Xiamen Futejia products. • Developed and optimized the Amphenol zipper mechanism connectors for AMD 450, improving design for Nvidia DGX GB200 NVL72.

• Designed the Voga commercial coffee machine, optimizing over 200 parts and achieving serviceability with a single-screw assembly design. Conducted FEA and thermal analysis on the Airpot Borne silicate glass system, validating thermal shock and vacuum pressure resistance.

• Designed the shrinking and expanding structural for hair restoration to adapt to different sizes and shapes of heads. There are 180 LEDs, each with 6 tubes that fit closely to and illuminate the head. The design takes into account the 3 different draft angles of the head structure,180 holes different core pulling direction, and the matching of the flat FPC with the head shape.

• Led design improvements for the Foodics POS system, creating both high-end aluminum extrusion and cost-reduced sheet metal versions.

• Developed the Yeti Rambler water jug (half and one-gallon), enhancing manufacturability and reducing opening torque through innovative sealing solutions.

• Successfully designed High-End 200W FL200 LED spot & floodlight, sourced diecast supplier and direct tooling design review, optimized LED thermal performance by decreasing 10 °C through CFD simulation, overcame the leaking problem due to porosity hole during manufacturing process, improved WVTR (water vapor transmission rate) and seals to evaluate unit at IP68 environment such as under snowline, decreased diecast weigh from 8Kg to 6.3Kg and saved around 400$ per unit.
