These are not only applicable to conventional roofs, walls, and curtain walls but are specifically tailored for BIPV. Their structures organically integrate photovoltaics with buildings, addressing all existing technical challenges in BIPV field. • The design adopts a mechanically guided drainage structure, which is both simple and ingenious, ensuring reliable waterproof performance. After installation, the entire surface remains flat, frameless, and seamless, making it suitable for both roofs and walls. • The modular structure not only supports photovoltaic power generation but also meets all architectural requirements, including structural strength, weather resistance, insulation, natural lighting, and spatial experience. Conducted FEA and thermal analysis on the Airpot Borne silicate glass system, validating thermal shock and vacuum pressure resistance. • Designed the shrinking and expanding structural for hair restoration to adapt to different sizes and shapes of heads.
