Joined as the 5th engineer and contributed to scaling the engineering organization from a small 5-person team to several dozen engineers across multiple cross-functional teams. I played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s early engineering direction—driving decisions around architecture, tooling, and technology. I led the frontend implementation of the MARVAL Platform and the Draft Dashboard—a real-time decision-making tool used by NFL clubs to evaluate players, draft picks, trades, and salary cap impact. Leveraging AI and machine learning, the platform helps teams maximize roster value and make data-driven decisions that position our client clubs for success in both the current and future NFL seasons.
I took ownership of building key tools that enabled NFL teams to customize our platform around their unique football strategies—delivering features such as an interactive Depth Chart, Draft Assumptions configurator, and Team Needs module. These tools empowered teams to visualize personnel, simulate scenarios, and define positional priorities. Additionally, I co-led the development of Sumer Scout, a centralized player evaluation platform with flexible grading inputs and team-specific weighting logic, allowing clubs to further tailor the product to their draft philosophies.
My work centered on building performant, user-focused products to support high-stakes football operations—often under tight timelines, evolving product requirements, and real-time pressure during high-stakes events such as the NFL Draft, where every second matters.
