Work well within a team or alone to create effective design solutions. ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Albertsons Jan 2022 – Present | Pleasanton, California, United States • Digital Wallet and payment with wallet at Checkout (Mobile app & website) Coordinated with senior design lead and design manager to create a wallet which included storing various payment methods, along with removing them. Also helped to create an entire experience to use these stored payment methods at checkout landing within Albertson’s website and mobile app. These flows included the handling of credit/debit cards, PayPal, EBT Snap and EBT cash, banner cash (Albertsons cash), and health benefit cards. Flows also included complying with ADA, legal, all while keeping branding in mind. They also included complex situations that came about when payments were split between these various payment methods. • Quick start links in empty cart Proposed and implemented links in empty cart to aid customers in building a cart if it is empty. This has increased +$0.33 revenue per visitor. • Express checkout Created flows to help customers have a quicker experience on the web while navigating a mini cart and full cart while trying to maintain parity between mobile app and web experience. This has brought 2000 orders per week. ### UX / UI Designer at Safeway @ Netpace Inc Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Livermore, California, United States • Scan & Pay mobile app Devised a strategy to handle restricted items (alcohol, etc.). Created flows, and presented them to the team, before shipping it to devs. Worked with different vendors (Supersmart, Veeve), devs, and product to figure out easy ways of exiting the store after purchase. Currently working with a new vendor for a walk in walk out store alongside product owner and devs. Redesigned receipts and purchase history screens after doing competitive analysis. The designs included a visual approach for easier finding of items, a feature to email them & suggest items for purchase, and filtering through them so a user can look at their receipts based on what app or method they used to order things. Worked on strategy on how to integrate the stand alone Scan & Pay app into Albertson’s main application set (for all banners). ### UX Designer @ eBay Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Jose, California • Worked on initial design system implementation on cart and checkout (buyer side) for eBay on all platforms including desktop, mobile web, and native, stress testing the new design system. • Created flows of existing checkout paths for previous design system in preparation for new design system. • Created designs for PayPal Credit as form of payment in checkout for United Kingdom users. • Implemented design changes for buyers and sellers to accommodate upcoming European Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements. This included callouts on cart, checkout, order details, and seller hub. Data collected was organized into an experience map from which pain points of the process behind collecting blood sugar readings and food tracking were found.
