Semitruck: Designed signal distribution system made of copper busbars, overmolded insulators, and blindmate-capable connector interfaces to unlock highly automated solution. Owned end-to-end design and development of 20+ parts in parallel. Innovated on highly manual incumbent wire harness solutions to save cost, mass, production line headcount, and product packaging volume. [June 2024-Sept 2025]

Cybertruck: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address vulnerabilities in Cybertruck HV fault management. Developed 15+ experiments to simulate abuse conditions, crunch 10+ test variables into pass/fail data points, and present learnings to execs. Designed a mix of soft and hard tooling for 4 busbars, 3 HV harnesses, 2 HV plastic insulators, and elastomer seal. [May 2023-May 2024]
