As the program entered a critical build phase, stepped into a Design Lead role to safeguard end-to-end system quality, ensuring consistency across hardware, OS, and application layers under delivery pressure. •Meta Account Unification & Horizon Profile (Oct 2020 - Mar 2022) Led the company-wide unification of Meta’s identity architecture, successfully influencing executive leadership to replace the legacy “Friends” graph with a scalable “Follower” model. Orchestrated a cross-platform migration strategy that required a deliberate engineering de-scope to meet launch timelines, resulting in a 67% account-linking rate at launch and a future-proofed identity foundation. ### Senior interaction designer - Surface Duo @ Microsoft Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Redmond, Seattle WA Envisioned and prototyped multiple software–hardware interaction patterns for Surface Duo 2 using ProtoPie. ### Senior interaction designer - Microsoft HoloLens @ Microsoft Jan 2015 – Jan 2019 | Redmond, Seattle WA •Architected HoloLens 2 Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) to successfully onboard users to this novel input model as well as creating Tips app for continued education •Partnered with Enterprise Leaders: Collaborated directly with strategic partners (Airbus, Siemens, CAE, Trimble) to migrate industrial workflows to Mixed Reality. Synthesized complex partner needs into reusable OS-level interaction patterns (Hand Menus, Cut Planes, etc.) that graduated as MRTK components. •Strategized Mixed Reality OS-level Sharing Systems: Led a 2-year initiative to define OS-level synchronous collaboration.
