Façade improvement also added to the two buildings and connecting it with an overhead walkway at each level. The walkways are covered with an oversize portal linking the two buildings to create a grand entrance, and a sense of arrival. Phase 2 of the project includes new ground-up construction of a 32,000 gsf. Gymnasium, an Athletic Field, and a Rooftop Playground on top of the existing parking structure connecting to the new gymnasium.
