• Owned end-to-end UX for the Incident Response/Reunification product—from admin configuration and real-time dashboards to mobile role-based workflows and runner tools enabling safe student–guardian reunification.

Spearheading innovative experiences at Intercom, enhancing user capabilities to answer calls, manage access, and secure entry points remotely through Verkada’s cloud-managed video intercom system.
