• Reorganized the employee tech support portal for improved information architecture, scalability, findability, accessibility, and user experience resulting in reduced support calls and being the #1 most visited site on the employee intranet.
• Transformed over 250 complex technical documents into visually appealing, clean, and easy-to-read user guides, as well as creating a consistent and seamless design across all landing, category, and article pages.
• Led (and currently leading) UX efforts on over 15 projects; collaborated with technical, product, and legal teams to create impactful experiences and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
