• Led a team of fifteen developers to enhance an existing tech system that supports Active Ageing Centres across Singapore, pushing out numerous new features and bug fixes.

• Launched a new client-facing volunteer app that significantly enhances the volunteering experience and helps centres with data collection and befriending workflows.

• Integrated an elaborate Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) framework, which allows for fine-grained permission management and works seamlessly with 2FA via email, SMS and authenticator apps.

• Built an administrative dashboard that allows for cross-tenant/centre management and simplifies the process of onboarding new centres, greatly enhancing the system's scalability for both CVWO and our users.

• Conducted two UI/UX workshops for over a hundred students, introducing them to various design principles and prototyping technologies.
