(Oct ‘21-May ‘22) Placed in an internal AWS IoT Solutions team with the goal to create a service that monitors and controls another device from an app. Single-handedly created the web and Android app that applied such service. Used Adobe suite and Bootstrap to design the front-end User Interface.
Used Android Studio to implement AWS Amplify library’s GraphQL, Google sign-in hosted by Firebase, Retrofit HTTP/GET/POST requests to AWS IoT REST API, and Signature Version 4 authentication. Used the same components to build an Angular + Node.js web app that serves the same function and implementation.

(May ‘22- Sept ‘23) Worked with TCS client under a POS support team to triage helpdesk tickets and find trending retail app errors reps are facing through such tickets. Gathered recorded logs of user session to be sent to developers. Met daily with teammates to communicate such issues. Collaborated and conversed with many different employees spanning a variety of teams to send tickets to the right point of contact and resolve major customer impacting issues.
Developed an online social site for students to find and rent sublets, using the GoDaddy website creator to create the platform in a short amount of time.
