• Led product design from 0 to 1 for the next generation of Amp - Lyft's iconic front light-up emblem, by managing and providing direction on multiple large concurrent workstreams: industrial design, brand, packaging, lighting effects, illustrations, and content. Delivered high-quality end-to-end design solutions for Driver and Rider mobile experience by partnering across 10+ product areas, including LyftRewards and Lyft Pink.
• Drove design for one of the top company OKRs, to pursue a path toward 100% rideshare miles on Electronic Vehicles (EVs) while meeting federal and state compliance requirements; collaborated on EV product vision and strategy with cross-functional senior leaders.
• Identified and revamped an unchartered territory in the Lyft ecosystem - sound design; managed stakeholder relationships and earcons production/implementation process; presented audio brand expression POV to co-founder and leadership.
• Managed designer and oversaw the redesign of a critical driver control feature, Destination Mode, by coaching on presentations and providing feedback on design and processes.
