Led pioneering initiatives such as Scratchpad (desktop Editor) and Gen AI features for anonymous users on the web, overseeing the conceptualization and execution of these key innovations. ### Product Design Lead @ Lyft Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco, California, United States • Led product design from 0 to 1 for the next generation of Amp - Lyft's iconic front light-up emblem, by managing and providing direction on multiple large concurrent workstreams: industrial design, brand, packaging, lighting effects, illustrations, and content. Delivered high-quality end-to-end design solutions for Driver and Rider mobile experience by partnering across 10+ product areas, including LyftRewards and Lyft Pink. • Drove design for one of the top company OKRs, to pursue a path toward 100% rideshare miles on Electronic Vehicles (EVs) while meeting federal and state compliance requirements; collaborated on EV product vision and strategy with cross-functional senior leaders. • Identified and revamped an unchartered territory in the Lyft ecosystem - sound design; managed stakeholder relationships and earcons production/implementation process; presented audio brand expression POV to co-founder and leadership. • Managed designer and oversaw the redesign of a critical driver control feature, Destination Mode, by coaching on presentations and providing feedback on design and processes. ### Senior Interaction Designer, Google Assistant @ Google Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area • Led design process for Google Assistant’s highest engaged feature - Routines, redesigning Routines management to better integrate with 1st party products such as Google Maps, Nest, Android Auto, and Android Clock app. • Recruited, mentored, and managed junior UX designer for the innovative project - Assistant Answers mini-movie, oversaw scaling efforts throughout the design process. • Presented at three World Usability Day conferences with 600+ attendees, and hosted two half-day workshops with 50+ participants on multi-modal (GUI + VUI) design. • Designed Productivity and Media experience for Google Smart Display from scratch, which debuted at CES 2018. Co-filed 6 patents for interactions on this new surface. ### Interaction Designer, Google Payments @ Google Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area • Designed Android Pay in-app experience to increase eligible payments instruments from 2M to 100M and supported devices from 70% to 97%. Initiated new branding with the marketing team, which was announced at Google I/O 2017 as "Pay with Google". • Led end to end design for Google Payments profiles and permissions, which enabled 400M buyers and 25M active customers representing 95% of Google revenue, to manage payments users. The design solution boosted Google accounts signup conversion rate by 20%. • Supported 20+ product launches for our 2016 company OKR to build the 4th generation rewrite of Google's payments platform.
