Leading the UX team (~40 across product design, user research, content & service design, & design ops) for the Data & Growth org at Twilio - including Segment, SendGrid, and Twilio Engage product experiences.
Adjunct faculty for Northwestern University's San Francisco campus, teaching service, product and communication design at the undergraduate and graduate level. Classes taught focus on experiential learning at the intersection of design, technology, and communication, and apply design thinking via real-life client partnerships. Past clients include Facebook, Airbnb, Intuit, and the SF Chronicle.
Member of the Innovation Practices team within Intuit's Small Business Group, working to align teams and deliver experiences through user research, strategy, and design.
