Responsible for developing gift and accessory product for a broad range of accounts and pricepoints. Designed, created illustrations, performed trend research and concept development. Worked closely with graphics team. Supported sales team with products applicable for their private label accounts. Communicated design and material information to China office for sample purposes. Gathered, negotiated and reviewed first costs to ensure product is viable.

Responsible for managing development process of photo albums and photo storage products. Assisted with front end concept development, material selection and sourcing. Ensured timely turn around for development samples and controls. Negotiated pricing and communicated with off shore agent and factories.

Responsible for the development of women's wovens apparel for the TravelSmith catalog. Accountable for concept development, initial specifications, illustrations and sourcing of materials. Reviewed lab dips and strikeoffs. Selected appropriate vendors while maintaining TravelSmith's requirements on margin, needle and delivery. Participated in fit sessions and directed QC team appropriately.
