Managing the design team responsible for iCloud consumer products across Apple's platforms and beyond. Also oversaw design for Apple ID authentication, security, and recovery through 2022, and Family Sharing through 2024. Notable launches include Sign In with Apple, iCloud+, iCloud Advanced Data Protection, and Apple Invites.

Responsible for design and contributed to product strategy of Apple ID security and related features, including two-factor authentication, phone number as Apple ID, password reset flows, and more.

Contributed definition and design of key features of the Apple School Manager product and related systems, including roles and privileges model, SIS integration, and Managed Apple IDs.

UX design lead and interaction designer for apps and services used by various groups at Apple, including Sales, HR, Finance, Engineering, Retail, Developer Relations, and the IS&T Management Team. Conducted and analyzed UX research, designed new workflows, and managed relationships with partner teams. Also served as a technical resource for my team, promoting tools like SVN and producing tools and documentation, to help us work efficiently.

Sole designer and front-end developer updating an internal administrative web tool, used by Apple corporate employees worldwide.

Apple Online Store Front-End Engineering — Web Developer — June 2011 - February 2012

Provided front-end QA for Personal Pickup, and authored new markup and styles for Answers from the Community for iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Also managed content and image assets, and optimized site performance for the holidays.

IS&T User Experience — UX Designer — January - June 2011

Interaction designer on a large internal web app used worldwide by a segment of the Apple sales force. Oversaw onsite UX research in Europe and North America.

Retail Systems Development — Software Developer & Interim Project Manager — June - December 2010

Assessed need for a system to monitor team’s local network infrastructure by documenting requirements, and weighing costs and benefits of in-house vs. open-source solutions. Selected and set up a new system for the team.

Helped students with programming assignments, graded assignments, and proctored and graded exams for CS 2110 (Data Structures) at Cornell University.
