Joined Productboard during its hypergrowth journey from Series C to Series D, backed by Sequoia and Kleiner Perkins. Launched new user onboarding flows and new products that supported the company’s expansion into new user personas.
• Led Product-Led Growth (PLG) acquisition initiatives to drive new free trial user acquisition and activation through data-driven experiments (quantitative) and user feedback (qualitative), utilizing A/B testing and insights to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
• Established the product growth team’s user research foundation, creating templates and best practices for continuous research on new users, providing valuable insights for the acquisition and onboarding/activation teams to optimize the user journey.
• Collaborated with a cross-functional team of 15+ members, including growth engineering, data, design, marketing, and leadership, to align on product goals, prioritize features, and successfully execute go-to-market strategies.
• Launched a new 0-1 beta Voice of Customer CRM product (Customer Board), expanding beyond initial ICPs, and working closely with marketing to ensure effective product launch and user activation.
