• Lead design meetings and provide continual input to optimize workflow.
• Present quarterly plans and strategies to all levels of leadership up through to C level.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineers, product managers, and external agencies to plan projects, improve design processes, and assess company goals.
• Evaluate and motivate designers to grow their skillsets through mentorship, continued education opportunities, design critiques, and design thinking methods.
• Drive the design vision and evolve all brand touchpoints across all marketing materials.
Direct and manage the full production phase of video and photography shoots.
• Lead, manage, and execute all aspects of the creative department in UX and UI, email marketing, photography, video, social posts, packaging, and other printed promotional materials.
