Ran user testing for a new B2C Mobile Application. Designed prototypes based off of our findings to address issues and improve the usefulness of the app. Actively working to advance user experience concepts to the entire company.
Designed a new booking platform for our brands that has increased conversions by putting the user first.

### User Experience Designer @ Direct Supply
Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | Greater Milwaukee Area
Lead UX for fast-growing line of business, responsible for planning and conducting usability testing. Evangelized design thinking in the organization via team-based training and organization-wide workshops. Designed internal "dashboard" solutions for the account management teams. Deployed Lean UX principles to software engineering teams, decreasing rework and increasing customer satisfaction with the product. Developed personas for a new e-commerce site, and ran user testing for a complete revamp of our building management service tool.
